Shawn Parker is the Executive Director, Strategic Accounts & Corporate Group Sales at Hilton with a home office in Atlanta, Georgia. Shawn came into the hospitality industry in 2009 following the completion of the MBA program at Goizueta Business School in 2009. He currently leads a team of sales professionals, managing a portfolio comprised of Fortune 1000 companies. The Strategic Account Management team focuses on total account management and the B2B relationship for Hilton’s top accounts, including several that have a reciprocal relationship with Hilton such as The Coca-Cola Company and Amazon. In this role he enjoys the best of both worlds, partnering with customers to co-create value for both business travel and meetings & events.
Shawn previously volunteered as a member of the GBTA Accommodations Committee and is currently Co-Chair of the GBTA Meetings & Events Committee. He has also participated with the GBTA Ladders program since its inception and most recently served as a mentor for the 2021-22 season.
