Individual Competency Assessments

SAMA Academy / Training

SAMA Academy offers a series of intensive, hands-on training workshops designed to elevate strategic account managers from good to great. Held multiple times a year — in-person and live online — these skill-building courses focus on the critical capabilities proven to drive superior business results.
 
Recommended for SAMs, their extended teams, and SAM program leaders, many workshops also count toward SAMA’s Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) certification.
