Mil Shah is a seasoned global sales and account management leader with a strong track record of driving growth, building high‑performing teams, and leading complex customer transformation initiatives across multinational markets. With more than two decades of experience spanning global account management and commercial leadership, service delivery, business development and technology strategy, he currently serves as Vice President of Global Accounts at AVI‑SPL.
Prior to joining AVI‑SPL, Mil held key leadership positions at BT Group, including Client Partner & Vice President of Global Accounts, where he led commercial, delivery, service, and sales functions for multinational organizations operating in more than 150 countries. His leadership helped shape global account strategy, strengthen partner ecosystems, and deliver complex managed service solutions across networking, collaboration, and cloud technologies. His earlier career includes leadership roles at AT&T and Nortel.
Mil is recognized for his ability to unify global and regional execution, simplify complexity for customers, and foster long‑term strategic partnerships. Known for his collaborative leadership style and customer‑centric approach, he is deeply committed to helping organizations leverage technology to transform the way they work, connect, and grow.
He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
