Brooke Spatz is the VP of Go-to-Customer Programs at Polaris I/O, where she builds programs and operating models that help enterprise account teams turn customer insight into action. She helped shape and bring the commercial insight strategist (CIS) role to life, and later led the development of the CIS Certification programs.
Brooke’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer understanding. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with revenue and account teams to improve how they plan and engage — always with a customer-first lens. She is known for helping teams make sense of ambiguity, ask better questions, and align around what actually matters to the customer.
At Polaris I/O, Brooke focuses on building practical, insight-led programs with her team that help organizations sharpen judgment, improve timing, and stay relevant as customer dynamics continue to shift.
