Libby Souder is the Director of Knowledge, Certification & Training at the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA). She leads the design, development, and delivery of conferences, resources, training, and certification programs — ensuring that SAMA members are equipped with the best practices, skills, and tools to excel in their strategic account management roles.
With over 25 years of experience in strategic account management, she has had the privilege of working closely with many of the world’s foremost experts in the field. Her previous roles in consulting include helping global companies create and sustain strategic account management programs, training SAM teams and research. She also managed the GAM Certification Program with the University of St. Gallen and Columbia University.
As a long-standing member of the SAMA community, Libby brings a deep understanding of the industry’s evolving landscape and is committed to helping members access the knowledge, resources, and connections they need to thrive.
