Steve is an Associate Partner with ZS and leads ZS’ B2B Talent & Learning team within the Healthcare Ecosystem Solutions practice. Steve has over 15 years of experience designing transformative learning experiences for adult learners. He has worked in corporate, non-profit, and higher education environments, and specializes in crafting blended learning approaches that combine the best aspects of online and face-to-face learning. Steve is also a subject matter expert in modular competency-based learning and has presented around the globe on the topic.
Prior to joining ZS, Steve was the Associate Director of the W.J. Seaton Center for Learning and Technology at Thomas Edison State University. There, he worked with corporate partners and external stakeholders to align curricula to specific workforce competencies and industry needs. Before TESU, he worked in the non-profit space designing online courses for economically disadvantaged and displaced populations. Steve is currently doctoral candidate working at Temple University working on a study of adult learner motivation and virtual communities of practice, and has a MA in History from George Washington University, and BAs in both History and International Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
