Dr. Scott Benjamin is a Partner at Performance Methods, Inc. (PMI), where he collaborates with clients to develop customized solutions that drive strategic growth in their most critical accounts. A versatile strategy consultant, sales trainer, entrepreneur, and academic, Scott brings over 30 years of experience challenging traditional sales paradigms to help organizations achieve transformative growth. His expertise combines a theoretical understanding of what drives purchasing decisions with practical experience building successful multinational sales organizations.
Scott has worked with Fortune 500 and middle-market companies globally, delivering value-focused strategic engagement models to clients in 16 countries across five continents. Before joining PMI, Scott served as President and Chief Revenue Officer of Dosimetry Badge, a medical products company he positioned for acquisition by Mirion Technologies (NYSE: MIR). At Dosimetry Badge, he defined the go-to-market strategy, built a high-performing sales organization, and implemented a successful commercialization plan.
In addition, Scott is an active private equity investor with a portfolio spanning life sciences, technology, finance, real estate, consumer products, and entertainment, where he leverages his sales enablement expertise to accelerate growth within these investments. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and an MBA from the University of Maryland, along with a BBA from the University of Miami. As a passionate educator, he has served on the faculty of the University of Maryland, George Mason University, and Florida Tech, teaching strategic management and entrepreneurship to students at all levels.
