A key member of Alignor’s solution development and deployment team, Pem is an expert storyteller and communicator, who has developed value stories leveraged by large sales and account management organizations to address urgent business issues with their most important accounts. Drawing from the disciplines of sociology, instructional design, and filmmaking, Pem has developed and deployed compelling skills in building and communication initiatives that speak to the interests of varied stakeholders. Pem is fluent in English and Spanish, and has lived in Canada, India, Mexico, Brazil, Uganda, the United States and Spain, where she attended the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Pem is a filmmaker who has performed in film and on stage in Spain, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. She also played soccer in the Mexican National Team Development Program.
