Manasa’s expertise spans key account management, B2B selling models, and customer model innovation. She regularly engages with health systems and other ecosystem stakeholders to understand their motivations and evolving priorities, and she translates those insights into differentiated value propositions for clients across the industry. Her work centers on designing and operationalizing customer engagement approaches that drive measurable impact for both biopharma organizations and their customers. Before joining ZS, Manasa was an entrepreneur outside the U.S., where she focused on improving pharma R&D operations. Manasa holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan‑Flagler Business School.
