Lisa M. Gaskin has been an integral member of The Chapman Group since 2003 and currently serves as Managing Partner and Director of Client Services. In her role, Lisa plays a key leadership position within the executive team, overseeing corporate planning and strategy development for The Chapman Group’s Voice of the Customer business, branded as Kanect™.

As Director of Client Services, Lisa leads a dedicated team focused on fostering strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the project delivery process. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence are central to the firm’s success in providing unparalleled service to its clients.

Lisa holds a summa cum laude degree from Towson University’s School of Business. She was also a standout member and captain of the Towson University women’s volleyball team, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills that have translated into her professional career. Lisa currently resides with her husband, three boys, and three rescue dogs on Long Island, New York.
