Kristin Fitz-Coy

Kristin Fitz‑Coy is an accomplished commercial and training leader with more than 20 years of experience across sales, marketing, account management, and capability development within Pfizer. She currently serves as Director of Key Account Management (KAM) Training Design and Delivery for Internal Medicine Business Unit where she leads the design, development, and implementation of customer‑facing capability training that equips colleagues with the strategic account management skills, tools, and knowledge required to excel in today’s evolving healthcare landscape.

Prior to her current role, Kristin served as Key Account Director for Pfizer where she led strategic partnerships with major health systems and IDNs. She collaborated with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to advance population‑health‑focused solutions and improve patient outcomes across multiple therapeutic areas. Her earlier career includes roles in institutional sales, brand marketing, and field faculty training, earning numerous distinctions.

Kristin is a graduate of Alvernia University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a minor in English. She was also a decorated multi‑sport NCAA athlete. Her career is defined by a passion for developing people, elevating customer‑facing capabilities, and shaping programs that accelerate performance and impact.
