Dr. Kirollos Samir Hanna is a nationally recognized oncology pharmacy leader with deep experience working alongside manufacturer partners and key account teams. He currently serves as Director of Pharmacy at Minnesota Oncology in St. Paul, where he oversees system wide medication strategy, formulary decision making, and operational implementation across a large community oncology network. He also maintains academic and clinical roles with Mayo Clinic as a Hematology Oncology Clinical Pharmacist and Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice.
Dr. Hanna focuses on translating clinical evidence into executable workflows, addressing access and reimbursement challenges, and aligning pharmacy, medical, and administrative stakeholders to support consistent adoption of new therapies.
His accomplishments include national recognition as a Fellow of the Association of Cancer Care Centers and Fellow of the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology, along with multiple practice advancement awards from ACCP and HOPA. Dr. Hanna is a prolific author and educator, with extensive publications, editorial board service, and advisory experience across leading oncology organizations.
