Denise has a Masters of Healthcare Administration and she is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She’s also a Certified Medical Practice Executive and is certified in change management. She is recognized for building high-performing organizations, driving operational excellence, and leading large-scale cultural and performance transformations across complex healthcare ecosystems.
