Dee Dee Van Wormer is the Senior Associate Director for Customer Facing Effectiveness at Boehringer-Ingelheim, where she leads the strategic account management (SAM) program office. She drives strategy and best practices for partnering with key customers, working with teams across the company to strengthen relationships and support business growth. Over 14 years at Boehringer-Ingelheim, Dee Dee has held several roles, including Senior District Manager and Key Account Manager. A retired Naval Officer with 24 years of service, Dee Dee has also worked as an engineering officer, ethics instructor, and public relations officer for the U.S. SEALs. She holds a master’s in management from San Diego State and a bachelor’s from Marquette. Dee Dee lives in Oceanside, California with her husband and two daughters, and her family is on a quest to camp in every National Park — they’ve already made it to 58 out of 63.
