He brings more than 25 years of experience advising and developing leaders within the B2B service sector, with a career spanning field sales, account management, and senior corporate leadership.
David is known for helping organizations accelerate revenue growth, strengthen client retention, and build high-performing teams. His work focuses on aligning leadership behavior, client strategy, and execution discipline to drive measurable business outcomes. He has led large-scale transformation efforts and is particularly skilled in designing practical, results-oriented programs that translate strategy into consistent field execution.
Prior to his consulting work, David served as Vice President of Learning and Development for a global Fortune 500 service organization, where he led enterprise-wide onboarding and capability-building initiatives. In this role, he partnered closely with senior executives to develop leadership pipelines and elevate performance across geographically dispersed teams. As both a consultant and former client of leading training organizations, David brings a pragmatic, operator’s perspective to his engagements. He is recognized for his ability to connect with leaders at all levels, simplify complex challenges, and deliver solutions that stick.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with an emphasis in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, from Pepperdine University and has numerous professional certifications ranging from executive coaching to account management.
David lives in Seattle with his wife and three daughters and enjoys singing and backpacking throughout the Pacific Northwest.
