Alex Tremblot is Vice President of Group Corporate Development & Strategic Accounts at Air Liquide and a member of SAMA’s Board of Directors.
With more than 30 years of global experience in strategic account management, commercial excellence, and corporate development, Alex brings deep industry insight and a transformative mindset to his work. In his current role, he leads Air Liquide’s global strategic account and sales excellence initiatives across all geographies and activities. Since 2017, Alex has played a central role in reshaping the company’s SAM strategy by refining its customer portfolio, launching a new Executive Sponsor Program, and aligning account management practices with customer satisfaction, long-term growth, and co-innovation.
Throughout his career, Alex has held senior positions across Europe, the U.S., and Japan, successfully leading large-scale acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and operational transformations at both regional and global levels. He is also the founder of Air Liquide’s Group Sales Academy and a recipient of the company’s Innovation Award for advancing negotiation training.
Alex holds an MBA and a master’s degree in chemistry.
