Chicago, IL – April 2025 – The Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) is pleased to announce that Ron Davis, a respected executive and longtime member of our Board of Directors, will be transitioning to the role of Distinguished Board Advisor, effective April 2025. Ron has retired from Zurich Insurance after a remarkable tenure as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Customer Management at Zurich.
