In this interactive virtual session, participants will explore how SAM leaders can translate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable metrics that strengthen relationships, guide decision-making, and improve organizational performance. Following a short presentation, participants will break into small groups to discuss curated questions focused on real-world challenges and opportunities in developing customer-centric metrics. These breakout discussions are designed to encourage peer learning, idea sharing, and practical problem-solving.
