Christine Marsh

With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Chris has consistently demonstrated her expertise in strategic account management. In her current role as leader of the Value & Access Organization, she adeptly collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that all patients have access to transformative medicines. Her extensive background includes managed markets sales and strategic leadership across various channels, significantly enhancing formulary placement and reimbursement for essential treatments.

In addition to her leadership at Boehringer, Chris serves as a current board member and past Chair of the National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC) and is an active participant in the Connecticut Drug Pricing Steering Committee. These roles allow her to leverage her expertise in strategic account management to champion improved access to treatments, ultimately aligning industry practices with patient needs.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Chris is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders. As an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University, she teaches the course “Women in the Workforce,” guiding future men and women leaders to thrive in their careers while emphasizing the significance of strategic relationships in their professional journeys.

Chris holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Xavier University and is a proud mother of two daughters. Her diverse background, which includes experience in banking and finance, equips her with a unique perspective on the long-term strategic direction essential for effective account management.
