In his role as Director of Account Management at TreviPay, Joe leads and develops a team of account managers focused on driving sustainable growth while building trusted, long-term client partnerships.
In his role, Joe has been closely involved in applying AI to modernize account management at TreviPay. He works with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools that reduce manual effort, improve data visibility, and help account managers prioritize more effectively. His focus is on translating emerging technology into practical workflows that enhance decision-making and enable more personalized, proactive client engagement.
Joe holds a degree in Marketing from Rockhurst University. Prior to joining TreviPay, he built a well-rounded career in sales and account management roles spanning SaaS, stored energy services, and document management. These experiences have shaped Joe’s pragmatic leadership style and his ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in service of clients and the business.
