Mandie is an insights- and results-driven Director of Account Management Learning Excellence at Johnson & Johnson. With over 25 years of experience in account engagement excellence, client relations, leadership and learning excellence, Mandie and her team specialize in shaping scalable and globally recognized customer centric development curriculum and experiences.

The Account Management Learning Excellence Center has a proven track record and commitment to driving customer success, optimizing account strategy, and fostering the integration of high-performance teams. Under the leadership of Mandie, it plays an integral role in expanding and accelerating J&J’s account management capabilities to enhance and fuel customer retention, portfolio growth, and a harmonized and integrated approach to the customer experience.

Mandie leads a team of learning excellence partners across the J&J enterprise to equip account managers and teams with the tools, capabilities, and insights to deliver and differentiate exceptional customer experience. Mandie is passionate about developing and implementing insight-driven strategy and development offerings that sustain, strengthen, and expand customer relationships and portfolio growth.
