SAMA Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be issued 30 days from the start of the event. Full refund requests must be received in writing by 11:59pm CST by April 18, 2026. Twenty-nine days or less prior to the event, no refund will be issued. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitute registrations (a colleague taking your place) are gladly accepted prior to May 15, 2026. Only one substitution is permitted per original registration. Please send all refund and substitution requests in writing to registration@strategicaccounts.org.
